The Abdim's Stork is also known as the White-bellied Stork. They are found throughout Eastern Africa, from Ethiopia south to South Africa. They are one of the smallest storks and are believed to be a harbinger of rain and good luck in Africa. Their IUCN Conservation Status is 'Least Concern'
