The most common of the Canada Geese subspecies, some people believe it has become a nuisance. One report I read, said that one Canada Goose can deposit a pound of poop a day. It is very common in the S.F. Bay Area and you can find them in most open fields, parks, etc. They like mowed open fields.

Canada Geese eat green vegetation, grains and aquatic plants.
