An uncommon visitor to the Bay Area, you can sometimes find Eurasian Wigeons among American Wigeons. I have seen them a few times at Albany Bulb in Albany, CA. They breed in Europe and Asia and they are a winter visitor on the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts of North America.

The Eurasian Wigeon is a dabbling duck and feeds on plants.
