Roseate Spoonbills are a neat bird. Their flat bills are designed for eating crustaceans and other aquatic beetles and bugs by swinging their bill back and forth. I saw quite a few of them in the Galveston, Texas region and in Southern Florida. In Galveston, it looked like they were starting nests.

They are so photogenic that it was hard to glean my photos down.
