The Southern Ground Hornbill the largest hornbill. It's former scientific name was Bucorvus cafer. These hornbills can be found from northern Namibia and Angola to northern South Africa.

Their IUCN conservation status is 'Vulnerable' and they are now mainly found to national reserves and parks.
