Gentoo Penguins are the third largest species of penguin (Emperor Penguin and King Penguin are the largest). They breed on many of the islands in the Antartic on ice-free surfaces. For example, they breed on the Falklands, Southern Georgia, Kerguelen Islands, etc.

Their diet consists of mostly krill and some fish.
