The Boreal Chickadee is mostly found in Canada and Alaska. They breed in coniferous woods. Boreal Chickadees build their nests in holes of trees that are natural cavities or that woodpeckers have made. They probe the bark of trees looking for insects to eat. They also eat seeds.
