Mottled Duck - Anas Fulvigula

Mottled Ducks are medium sized dabbling ducks. They look similar to the female Mallard, but the head has more of a buffy color, and have a black spot on the gape (below the bill). They are also not as common as Mallards and are mainly found on the Gulf Coast, Florida and Mexico.
