Sage Thrashers have one of the shortest and least decurved bills of all the thrashers. Sage Thrashers breed in western North American from southern Canada to northern Arizona and New Mexico in areas where sagebrush is found. During the winter, they migrate into Mexico.
Their diet mainly consists of insects but also eat some berries.
