The Diamond Firetail is also known by the names Diamond Sparrow and Diamond Firetail Finch. They are found in Australia. Both sexes look similar. The diet is mostly seeds but, insects are eaten during the breeding season. While they IUCN status is 'Least Concern', their numbers are declining.
