Band-tailed Pigeons are internationally known as the Northern Band-tailed Pigeon. It is the biggest pigeon in North America and is found in western North America from British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, California and southern Arizona south to Mexico, Central America and into northern Argentina. They mainly eat acorns, toyon berries and will visit bird feeders.
