Miller-Knox Regional Shoreline
Miller-Knox Regional Shoreline
Miller-Knox Regional Shoreline is a nice park with a little lake in Point Richmond. There are picnic tables and quite a few restrooms. You can walk along the shoreline from the north end to the point where people fish off an old pier.
Besides the numerous Canada Geese, I have seen quite a few raptors there. You can also see ducks (including Mergansers), Pelicans, Egrets, Herons, etc. The best time to bird is fall, winter and spring.
