The Tundra Swan breeds on the high tundra at the top of North America, Europe and Asia. They winter along the coasts of North America, Europe and Asia. Tundra Swans eat underwater flora and shellfish. They also eat grains which is why I probably saw them in the Central Valley where there are vast rice fields.
